The shower never got hot during my stay. Despite running it for 15 minutes, only cold water came out. I was informed that the hotel uses 'on-demand' hot water heaters, but this should not affect guest comfort. It was extremely frustrating to experience this during our stay and I learned it's a recurring issue at the hotel.

Had an awesome group trip! The hotel was super convenient for visiting the Mill Mountain Zoo and the Salem Red Sox Stadium. The staff let us check in early, and the breakfast spread was great. Clean rooms and comfy beds made everything even better.
